By accessing and using SprintAI's website and services (the "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SprintAI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SprintAI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SprintAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SprintAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SprintAI's website, even if SprintAI or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SprintAI's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SprintAI does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. SprintAI may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

SprintAI has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SprintAI of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

SprintAI may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. User Accounts and Merchant Agreements

When you sign up for SprintAI, you create an account and agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your shop
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services

10. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By participating in SprintAI's text-ordering service, you agree to the following:

• Message Frequency: Your customers may receive multiple text messages for order confirmations, payment links, and order status updates. Message frequency may vary based on customer order activity.
• Standard Rates Apply: Standard SMS rates and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply. SprintAI does not charge for SMS, but your carrier may.
• Opt-Out Mechanism: Customers can opt out of text messages by texting "STOP" to the SprintAI number. Once a customer opts out, we will no longer send messages to that number. To re-enable messaging, the customer must text "START."
• Help and Support: Customers can text "HELP" for information about the service or contact your shop directly for support.
• Data Storage: We store SMS messages and phone numbers for the purpose of fulfilling orders and maintaining order history. You are responsible for obtaining customer consent to receive text messages as required by applicable law.
• No Spam: Shop owners agree not to use the text-ordering system for marketing, promotions, or any purpose other than order fulfillment and customer service related to orders.

SMS Consent

By texting SprintAI's ordering number, you agree to receive text messages related to your order, including order confirmations, payment links, and responses to your inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support.

11. Customer Data Ownership

Customer phone numbers and order information collected through your shop's SprintAI text-ordering number are owned by and belong to you. We store this data on your behalf and do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than fulfilling orders and operating the SprintAI service. Upon termination of service, you may request export or deletion of your customer data.

12. Payment and Pricing

SprintAI services are billed as a flat monthly subscription fee plus a small per-order service fee. Current pricing is available at getsprintai.com. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline any new terms before they take effect.

13. Limitation of Liability

SprintAI's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (or, if no payment has been made, will not exceed $100).

14. Termination

SprintAI may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
